Unexpected comforts amid challenges
The staff was genuinely kind, making every encounter feel personal. The harbor view from our room was spectacular, painting our mornings in vibrant colors.
However, the bathroom had persistent plumbing issues, and the humidity made it hard to keep things fresh—definitely needs attention.

Amazing, amazing, amazing
The views from my room were unreal, straight onto the harbor where the turquoise water sparkled like diamonds. The staff went above and beyond. Ms. Hillarine was a total gem Dining was a treat, with delicious options just steps away on the boardwalk-seriously, don’t miss Rumrunners!

The renovated pool and comfy lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing, and those pillows in our Deluxe Ocean Front King Room were just heavenly. Only downside was the $25 parking fee, but honestly, it felt secure and worth it! 😊

missingWrote a review on May 23great locationcourteous staffnice viewmold presencepoor responsedining issues
The room had a strong mold smell, which was overwhelming upon entering. I instantly felt respiratory issues after a short time. The staff didn't believe us at first, but eventually agreed and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, that one had mold too, just not as severe. The housekeeping left a moisture remover but took too long to replace it when it was full. The plumbing issues were a hassle, with no hot water and orange tap water after pipe work. Staff handled the situation poorly, and the compensation of 10% off felt inadequate considering our discomfort. On a positive note, the check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was initially courteous. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from downtown Christiansted and the waterfront. The second room had a decent view, and we appreciated the effort of some staff to help. But the overall experience was marred by mold and maintenance issues.

Just a decent option for a short visit in Christiansted with fantastic value. The staff were friendly, especially Hillarine Joseph, who greeted us warmly every time we passed by. Consider securing parking early as it fills up fast.

Great staff, but mold issues
The team here is fantastic! Huge shoutout to Ms. Hillarine and Lynelle for their amazing service. We had comfy beds in the Superior Harbor View King Room, but yikes, there was mold that made us cough a lot. Also, no food options in-house were a letdown. The sunset views from the bar were a nice touch though!
